Cancellation Fees

Hate having to post stuff like this and don’t want to sound moany but we’ve had a few no shows/last minute cancellations this month and people need to be aware of what a detrimental effect it can have on a small business. I know we are all human and things come up and changes have to be made but where possible please give as much notice as you can so we have the best chance of refilling the slot.

For instance we have had on average two no shows/last minute cancellations a week this month and the average groom price is £37.50 if this were to happen every week for the rest of the year we would loose £3900 😱
